Rick Martos founded A to Z Barter in Australia in 1998, and commenced trading in January 2001. Rick has a wealth of experience in the barter industry. He was one of the founding groups who introduced Australia to barter in the late 80's. He has also been involved in the barter industry with other exchanges worldwide. With this wealth of experience, Rick has incorporated the best features from other exchanges to construct an honest, user-friendly, affordable A to Z Barter exchange.

In late 2005, Rick lead the expansion of A to Z Barter to the United States.  U.S operation became firmly established in 2006.  In 2007, A to Z Barter USA was purchased by Kimberly Britain.  Kimberly has established offices in Dallas and College Station, Texas.  She has developed reciprocal trading throughout the U.S. and aided in the expansion of A to Z Barter in Australia, India, The Caribbean, Mexico and Canada.
